Here’s a freebie! R-Stick Mouse was kindly commissioned as open-source software by Phanicom.

This is an input plugin that lets players control mouse input in RPG Maker MZ games using the right control stick on a gamepad and a configurable button that acts as left mouse button. The player can seamlessly switch between the input methods just by doing so physically, and can configure speed and deadzone in the Options menu (unless turned off by the RPG developer, but I recommend keeping the options available).

The plugin should be overall self-explanatory. Please see the parameter and plugin command descriptions for more information.
