This is a small but still generally recommended update.

Revisions:

• Clarified plural “games” in license.
  This is, in case there is a difference at all, more permissive than before.

• Special-cased Animation.prototype.timelineFrameToTSections and Animation.prototype.frameToTFull to not return infinities or NaN due to zero-durations.
  This should result in easier to use callback arguments especially when working with empty animations.

• Fixed a documentation typo in the .d.ts file.

This update prepares for the release of two add-ins I should have ready some time in the next few days, which together can make use even of cel-less zero-duration animations. Please look forward to it!
