Layer example plugin

I just created a repository on GitHub where I can more easily publish plugin templates. Feel free to fork it and make modifications online, or just download the individual files that you need from there.

For now, I’ve written and uploaded Battler_Flipbooks_LAYER.js, which is a good starting place for writing your own Layer plugins on top of Battler Flipbooks Core. There are essentially no restrictions on use or relicensing of this file.
